Dr. Jana Froeling graduated with honors from Iowa State University College of Veterinarian Medicine in 1988. She has worked as a veterinarian for 23 years in the Northern Virginia area. Currently, she owns and operates Full Circle Equine Service in Amissville, VA. Dr. Froeling has veterinarian licenses in Virginia and Maryland.

In 1997, Dr Froeling completed the Basic Course in Animal Chiropractic at Options for Animals and in 2002 completed the Advanced Chiropractic course. She is a lifetime member of the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association (AVCA).

In 2003 she completed the Equine Acupuncture course at the Chi Institute for Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine. She has also taken courses on canine and equine classical acupuncture points and Tui-na, which means push-pull and is the Chinese form of chiropractic and massage.

Dr. Froeling completed the Equine Postural Rehabilitation course offered by Maximum Horsepower in 2006.

Dr. Froeling was appointed to Virginia Board of Veterinary Medicine in 2004. She was also the chair of the Ad Hoc Committee on Equine Dentistry.  She retired from both posts as of 2008.  In addition to her work in equine medicine she also provides small animal services at
Piedmont Pets Veterinary Care in Warrenton, VA. Dr. Froeling travelled to China in September of 2008 to study acupuncture during the 10th TCVM International Conference.

Outside her practice she enjoys organic gardening, marathon running and drumming. Dr Froeling has 5 cats: Artemis, Ferdinand, Rajah, Odin, Tyr and Loki; three labs: , Isis, Sybil, and Dion ; and 7 horses: Huck, Beanie, Lyric, Kiwi, Cagney, Trusty and Brego.

Dr. Emily Kirkpatrick graduated from the College of William and Mary in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. In 2011, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine and will join Full Circle Equine Service in February 2012. In addition to standard equine services, she will offer care for food and fiber animals including herd health, reproductive management and backyard pets. Her veterinary interests include natural hoof care, reproduction and small ruminant medicine, though she loves just about everything veterinary medicine has to offer. She also enjoys horseback riding, cooking and reading when she has time. She currently lives in Amissville, VA with her husband, Brian, and their son, Tristan. Their menagerie includes 2 dogs: Ellie and Oakley, 3 cats: Lucy, Leo and Ink, and 2 horses: Orion (AKA Muffy) and Killian.
